• Anything apart from package or incidentals / Inclusions will be charged as actual.
• Any Entry Fees unless specified in the inclusions
• Cab Halting Charges or any Personal Activities will be Extra at own cost on actual
• Lunch and any meals not mentioned in the Inclusions
• Early check in and late checkout

➢ Airfares are not blocked at this moment and airfare is subject to change
➢ Package Cost based on starting category rooms. If Room category /Hotels will be changed due to unavailability of room /hotel. Then rates will be changed
➢ In Case of any Change in the dates of travel, amendment or change in hotels / room types, the costs will vary accordingly.
➢ Any Change in the current tax structure at the time of partaking of services will be applicable as per law.
➢ Rooms are not blocked and Rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
➢ Car will not be at disposal and is on a point to point basis.
➢ There may be hike in the cost in case of increasing cost of Petroleum.
➢ Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.

• Hotel room is strictly subject to availability. If the same hotels not available we will provide the similar hotels
• Above quotation based on Adult, if no of Pax will change, package cost will be revised
• Any Cancellation Or Services Not Utilized Non-Refundable.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
• Early check in and late check-out request is subject to availability
• All Room type (double or twin) is on request basis subject to availability upon check-in.
• Extra can be Bed with Cot or a rollaway mattress
• We don’t have any control over airline’s operation. The Vacationist is not responsible for airline Schedule change or flight cancellation
• The Vacationist reserves All rights to amend the tour itinerary, if necessary, without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or for operational reasons.

Note:
1. The above tour prices are based on our current transportation rates. Increasing petrol rates might affect our transportation and boat fees, in which case we reserve the right to revise our current rates. If any increase should arise we will of course keep you well informed.
2. All the above points of interest are open for visit based on current updates. In case of closure for construction or any other reason, we will replace with a similar point of interest.
3. No early check in or late checkout is included except those indicated in the program. Generally, the check in time is 14.00pm and check out time is 12.00pm.
4. For all transfers and tours please wait at the lobby or Concierge Counter at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
5. Meals served will be a Set meal OR a Buffet meal as organized. Please note no drinks (Alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are included in the tour.
6. Porterage / Handling of Luggage / Baggage Allowance: Porterage are not included; it is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that their personal luggage is taken care of. Kindly pack your bags with in the baggage allowance given by the airline or you may choose to buy additional baggage allowance by paying extra at airport. The Vacationist bears no responsibility.
7. Non Utilization: There will not be any refund for non-utilization of any services.

The services to be provided are booked several months in advance, cancellation of such services earmarked for a particular departure results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation to the Supplier. Therefore any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation charges as specified by the company.

PAYMENTS / REFUNDS POLICY:
● For all the payments PAN CARD is mandatory and to be shared along with passport copy at the time of booking.
● Any payment received by Credit Card will have a 2.5% additional charge on the total amount to be swiped.
● The REFUNDS process upto 15 working days. Refunds for any Land arrangements will be paid exchange in Indian rupees by cheque as per the
prevailing Buying day’s rate applicable on The Vacationist card rate Refund for any services for which collection is done in INR will be made in INR by cheque or online banking only
